This Lunch and Learn educational event will discuss Cognitive Wellness and Mental Health.

Training Overview

We’ll explore the dynamic relationship between cognitive wellness and mental health through a science-based, preventative lens. Participants will learn how mental health conditions and life stressors can affect cognitive abilities such as attention, memory, and decision-making—and how strengthening cognitive function can, in turn, support mental well-being.

Through guided discussion and applied learning, participants will gain practical strategies to support cognitive wellness across personal and community settings.
