Mariana Barahona

Community Education Coordinator

Mariana joined the Hope and Healing Center and Institute in October of 2021 as a Community Education Coordinator. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and minor in Business Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio and is currently earning a M.Ed. in Marriage, Couple and Family Counseling. In her free time, Mariana enjoys spending time at a local coffee shop with her family and friends, traveling and loves nature walks with her dog, Remie.

The Hope Line

Need someone to talk to? The Hope Line is open daily from 5 PM to 8 PM to provide supportive listening, guidance, and referrals for mental and behavioral health concerns. Support is available in English and Spanish.
