Karen Allen is Chief Officer of External Affairs for HHCI, where she provides executive leadership for marketing and communications, community engagement, and external relations. She is responsible for advancing the organization’s visibility, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and aligning external engagement strategies with HHCI’s long-term mission and growth objectives.

Prior to her current role, Karen served as Vice President of Community Engagement and played a pivotal role in the development and expansion of the Gateway to Hope program, helping establish it as a trusted source of education, support, and guidance for individuals, families, and professionals.
