Transformed Support Groups
Join our FREE, in-person Transformed Support Groups and find hope and healing. Offered in a group setting and led by our trained staff, these support groups provide participants with the opportunity to share and learn within a faith-based, supportive community. ©️Hearts Transformed: a safe place for adult female survivors of sexual abuse, assault, or domestic violence to heal and rebuild their lives. ©️Families Transformed: for the families or loved ones of those living with a mental health difficulty. ©️Minds Transformed: for those living with a serious mental health difficulty or disorder.

The 4 R’s of Mental Health Support©
Join us for The 4 R’s of Mental Health Support©, a FREE, in-person community training that equips you with practical, evidence-based skills to recognize when someone may be experiencing mental distress, respond with confidence and compassion, and connect them to appropriate support. Licensed mental health providers may earn up to 1.0 CE hour with attendance.
