DBT-Based Services

Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment for individuals who find it difficult to regulate and manage their intense emotions, act impulsively, and engage in self-harming behaviors.

These difficulties lead to distress and disturbances in the individual’s life and relationships, making it hard to live a fulfilling and purposeful life.

In this program, Coaches help clients cultivate effective skills in mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotional regulation and distress tolerance through individual and group sessions.

What is Mental Health Coaching?

CBT- Based Services

Our CBT program is an evidence-based treatment focused on strengths-based support for adults living with mental and behavioral health difficulties.

You will participate in weekly sessions with a trained therapist who is dedicated to helping you reach your goals. The program is goal oriented, with a focus on improving mental, physical, relational, and spiritual health. You will work in partnership with your therapist to address distressing thoughts and emotions to equip you to navigate life’s challenges.

In this program, you are required to attend weekly sessions. You and your therapist will work together to identify goals, develop skills to help meet those goals, and find ways to improve your overall health and well-being.
