La’Trevia Hawkins, CHW, LMSW

Peer Support Supervisor

La’Trevia Hawkins started working at the Hope and Healing Center and Institute (HHCI) in August 2018. La’Trevia is a Licensed Master Social Worker and certified Community Health Worker, currently supervising the Houston Hope Line. Prior to joining HHCI, she has worked in various social services settings from non-profits to local and state government. As far as education, La’Trevia graduated with her Associate of Arts from San Jacinto in May 2014, Cum Laude from The University of Houston-Downtown with her Bachelor of Social Work in 2016 and from Baylor University with her Master of Social Work in May 2020. La’Trevia aspires to continue her social work career with heavy emphasis on mental health. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her family, friends and her beloved dog, Fendi.
