Jennifer Pratts, LMSW

Clinician

Jennifer joined the Hope and Healing Center as a Mental Health Intern in August 2021, before transitioning to a full-time clinician in May 2022. Jennifer received her Master of Social Work from the Baylor University Diana R. Garland School of Social Work, where she attended the Baylor Houston Campus. Her graduate work focused on the treatment of major mental health problems, such as schizophrenia. She continues to have a passion for working with clients who experience these problems. After graduating from Baylor in May 2022, Jennifer became licensed to practice social work in the state of Texas. She is a native Houstonian and enjoys going to shows and events with her family and friends. She enjoys reading, playing with her dog, and journaling. In her role as Clinician, Jennifer finds fulfillment in walking with clients as they achieve their goals and gain confidence in their sense of purpose.
