Alexis Guidry
Foundations and Corporate Relations Manager
Alexis joined the Hope and Healing Center & Institute in May 2023. She majored in English at the University of Houston – Main Campus and minored in African American Studies. Alexis is a passionate and accomplished leader with over 10 years of diverse experience in the nonprofit sector. She is a strategic communicator with a proven track record of sourcing and securing funding through foundation and corporate partnership development, marketing, and community engagement. Prior to joining HHCI, Alexis served in various development roles in human services organizations.
Alexis is a fierce advocate for access to mental health care and removing stigma surrounding mental illness and neurodivergence. Outside of her work, Alexis loves spending time with family and friends, including her partner, Anthony and two children, Jordan and Nia. She also enjoys listening to podcasts and audio books and is a self-proclaimed foodie who loves travel and multi-faceted cultural experiences.
