In the midst of the COVID-19 climate, it’s appropriate to be concerned about issues in our lives and the lives of people we love, but important not to let those concerns overwhelm and paralyze us.

Dr. Matt Stanford, CEO of the Hope and Healing Center & Institute, recently joined the Rev. Dr. Russell J. Levenson, Jr. of St. Martin’s Episcopal Church and answered questions as well as provided tips on how to stay mentally healthy as we all work through this difficult time together.
