Caregiving, especially for someone dealing with dementia, is often a new role and requires special skills and knowledge. The Savvy Caregiver Class, presented through The Amazing Place, is an innovative, free, program for understanding the changes your loved one is experiencing throughout the disease’s progression. During the six-week, two-hour class sessions, we help caregivers understand dementia, its effects on behavior, and provide personalized strategies for caregiving and related decision-making.
