ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Most of us understand the physical necessity of eating, but do we have the same level of understanding regarding the emotional connection to eating? With growing obesity rates and associated complications affecting millions of people, research is being done to better understand how the brain interacts with food and what can be done to provide effective treatment for those needing it. Join Dr. Qingchun Tong as he seeks to provide a better understanding of the brain’s relationship and interaction with eating, as well as what drives our eating behaviors.
