Join us for a weekly virtual mindfulness group in October. The group meets each Monday from 11:30 AM-12:30 PM.

Mindfulness focuses on staying in the present moment and relating to one’s thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations in a nonjudgmental manner. Mindfulness has been shown to be beneficial in reducing feelings of stress and depression, as well as improving one’s overall physical health. This closed 4 week group will focus on learning the basics of mindfulness and how it can be used to benefit us in our everyday lives.

All interested individuals will be required to undergo a screening prior to commencement of group to determine fit.
