About the Speaker
Jamie E. Terry, MD, MHCE, FACS, Texas Breast Specialists
Dr. Terry is a surgeon specializing in breast surgery. She graduated with Honors from Stanford University, where she studied Sociology and Medical Anthropology. She received her MD at Northwestern University, then matriculated to Houston where she completed a residency in General Surgery. After years of clinical practice utilizing her sociology background to better understand how to serve diverse patient populations, Dr. Terry obtained additional post-graduate training from Creighton University where she received a Master’s of Science Degree in Healthcare Ethics.
