Sharon Staley, FASID, RID, Sharon Staley Interiors, Former American Society of Interior Designers Texas Gulf Coast Chapter President

Ms. Staley is a certified designer and registered by the state of Texas with over 40 years experience in the industry. Growing up in the business, Sharon’s father was a president of the Furniture Association and owned his own furniture stores in Houston. Sharon carries that same passion for exquisite furnishings today. Sharon has received numerous accolades including ASID Fellow and former ASID TGCC President, several ASID Presidential Citations and ASID design awards. Sharon is a registered Interior Designer in the state of Texas.

Staley has contributed her passion to students at Houston Community College as a professor for three years. She continued sharing her knowledge while a part of the Interior Design Advisory Counsel for Texas Tech, Advisory Board Member of CAD and Design for the Art Institute of Houston, and the Design Advisory Committee for Kingwood College.

Staley’s design philosophy has always been that her clients are her most important concern. She believes that good design starts and ends by incorporating clients’ needs into a functioning and comfortable environment and encourages the clients’ participation throughout the design process. A high degree of integrity and professionalism coupled with cost efficiency and listening skills have made it possible for Staley to provide clients with the detail and personal service necessary to achieve excellent and creative design goals.
