Everybody can have conflict sometimes, but high conflict people can make us feel downright crazy. They are always blaming you and others, often get upset with extreme behaviors, and make you feel like you can’t do anything right. Maybe it’s people you have to work with or your job to deal with them. Perhaps you find yourself often frustrated with your spouse, ex-partner, teenager, parents or in laws? Do you dread spending time with certain family members at the holidays? Based upon her training with the High Conflict Institute and extensive professional experience, Jayna will provide information to help you gain new understanding and strategies to give you actionable tools and peace of mind with these folks, no matter what. Come join us for an hour that can change your life.

Check in will begin 15 minutes prior to the program beginning.  Due to video filming, late attendees will be asked to view the presentation in the Green Room.

The best way to locate our building is to search 5025 Riverway Drive, Houston TX 77056 in your GPS and it should take you to the corner adjacent to our building.

In 2006, she founded The Bridge Across for Single Parents and Stepfamilies to provide coaching, education, and programs- including those she authored herself. In 2012, she began graduate school, earning an MS in Counseling and a post graduate certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy, both from University of Houston- Clear Lake. Additionally, she is certified in Integrative Attachment Trauma Protocol for Children and has  extensive training in EMDR and trauma, adult attachment and intimate partners, high conflict dynamics, and parental alienation.
