Clergy wellness requires realistic expectations, healthy boundaries, and good coping skills. Although many factors affecting clergy wellness are beyond our control, it’s always up to us to tend our mind, bodies, and spirits. Far from being selfish, self-care equips us for serving God and caring for others. We will look at a few resources and strategies to help us thrive despite the stresses and challenges of ordained ministry.
